Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

• First Cancellation:
  No charge if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at 50% of the session fee.

• Additional Cancellations (Up to 3):
  With 24 hours’ notice, sessions will be billed at 50%, unless a make-up session is arranged and mutually agreed upon.
  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at 100%.

• Frequent Late Cancellations:
  Any cancellations after the third that are made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at 100%, and may result in the loss of your reserved time slot.

Cancellations by Ramsey Education Services

• In the event I need to cancel a session due to an emergency, I will notify parents via text or phone call.

• For prepaid sessions, I will either:

  • Reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time, or

  • Issue a refund or session credit.

Exception to the 24-Hour Policy

• If your child becomes ill during the school day and is sent home by the school nurse, the session may be canceled without penalty.

• I must be notified before the end of the school day for this exception to apply.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• All sessions must be paid in full prior to the next scheduled session.

Appointment Timing

• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

• I will open the door when I am ready to begin your session.

• Kindly do not knock or ring the doorbell before your appointment time.

• If I am available to begin your session early, I will send you a text notification.
