Cancellation & Payment Policy

At Ramsey Education Services, I deeply value the time and commitment each family invests in their child’s learning journey. To ensure consistency and fairness for all students, I’ve outlined the following policies regarding cancellations and payments.

Client Cancellations

First Cancellation
Life happens, and I completely understand. Your first cancellation is free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will be billed at 50% of the session fee.

Additional Cancellations (Up to Three)
- With 24 hours’ notice: sessions will be billed at 50%, unless a make-up session can be arranged and agreed upon.
- With less than 24 hours’ notice: sessions will be billed at 100%.

Frequent Late Cancellations
After the third late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice), the session will be billed in full, and your recurring time slot may no longer be guaranteed.

Cancellations by Ramsey Education Services

In the rare event that I need to cancel due to illness or emergency, I will notify you promptly by text or phone. For prepaid sessions, you may choose to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, or receive a refund or session credit.

Exceptions to the 24-Hour Policy

If your child becomes ill during the school day and is sent home by the school nurse, the session may be canceled without penalty. Please notify me before the end of the school day for this exception to apply.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. All sessions must be paid in full before the next scheduled appointment.

Arrival & Appointment Timing

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. To respect the focus and privacy of ongoing sessions, I kindly ask that you wait until I open the door to begin. If I am available to start early, I’ll send a quick text to let you know.
